Reporting dashboards

See every number in one place - without asking anybody for a report.

Siempre Reporting builds reporting dashboards on a business's own Google tracking. Tag Manager, Analytics and Google Ads feed one screen that updates on its own, so the owner opens a dashboard instead of compiling one.

Case study

The dashboard that ended the monthly scramble

A business was spending real money on paid search and paid social. Its numbers lived in four places: the ads platform, the analytics account, the scheduling tool, and a spreadsheet somebody updated by hand. Answering one simple question - what did we spend, and what did it produce - meant opening four logins and reconciling three definitions of the word "lead".

It is worth being straight about the honest version of this story: the reporting layer was the last piece, not the first. Before a dashboard can be trusted, the tracking that feeds it has to be correct. On this account the tracking was rebuilt first - a third-party tracking score went from 30 out of 100 to 97 out of 100 - and the dashboard went in on top of clean data, not on top of a spreadsheet.

Why the order matters. A dashboard built on broken tracking is a beautiful page full of numbers nobody should act on. Fixing the measurement first is the step most people skip, and it is the reason this dashboard reconciles to the ad platforms instead of arguing with them.

What the dashboard replaced

  • A hand-kept spreadsheet, updated by whoever remembered
  • Four separate logins, opened in sequence
  • Three different definitions of a lead
  • A monthly scramble before every client meeting

What the owner opens instead

  • One screen, updating on its own
  • Spend and leads side by side, by channel and campaign
  • One agreed definition of a lead
  • An answer in seconds, not an afternoon

What the dashboard shows

Modules are agreed before the build, so the dashboard answers the questions the business actually has - not the questions a template happens to include.

Search terms

The real queries people typed, so wasted spend and new opportunities show up as words, not as a mystery.

Keywords and campaigns

What is being bid on, what it cost, and what it produced - by campaign, so budget decisions have a target.

Regions

Where the work actually comes from, so spend can follow the places that convert.

Lead sources

Each lead carries its source and campaign, so search and social are measured separately and neither hides behind the other.

Client view vs internal view

One page built for the owner, and the fuller internal read kept separate - every audience sees the version built for them.

Inside your own system

Where it helps, the dashboard is built inside the system the business already works in, so nobody has to learn a new tool.

How a build runs

Access first, measurement second, dashboard third

A dashboard is only worth what it measures. Every build follows the same order, and the dashboard is the last step - not the first.

  1. Access and look. We confirm what tracking already exists and what it records today.
  2. Fix the measurement. Anything missing or wrong is fixed before a chart is drawn.
  3. Connect the sources. Ad platform, analytics, scheduling and lead records are joined into one model.
  4. Build the dashboard. The agreed modules, on top of data that reconciles.
  5. Hand over with a walkthrough. The owner can read it without help, on day one.

Recommended by Net Profit Positive

Siempre Reporting is the reporting solution recommended by Net Profit Positive. The two fit together by design: Net Profit Positive teaches a business owner how to manage their advertising and read their analytics; Siempre Reporting builds the dashboard they read.

That means a client can go from "I cannot tell which ads work" to a single screen that shows it, without the tracking and the reporting being two separate projects from two separate teams.

What we sell

  • Reporting dashboards - the core product, built on your own Google tracking
  • The tracking that feeds it - Tag Manager, Analytics and conversion tracking, set up and checked
  • Dashboards inside your own system - for example your CRM
  • Several sources, one place - for numbers that currently live in different logins

Stop compiling reports. Start reading one.

If your numbers live in several systems and get combined by hand, a dashboard is the fix. Tell us what you already have and we will tell you what it would take.
